Maine Experience Guide Service

Maine Experience Guide Service is based in Bath, running fishing and hunting trips out of Kennebec Tavern & Marina on Commercial Street. Captain Jay Farris is a Registered Master Maine Guide, and every fishing trip is fully guided with bait and tackle included.

On the water, that means saltwater trips for striper, shark, bluefish, and mackerel, plus freshwater outings for smallmouth and largemouth bass, pike, and salmon on Maine's lakes and rivers. In hunting season, the service guides waterfowl hunts, sea duck, diver duck, puddle duck, and goose, along with moose, turkey, and black bear. There are also lighthouse tours past nine lighthouses and a fort, coastal and island hiking, and lobster tours.
