Allagash Brewing Company

Allagash Brewing Company's tasting room is on Industrial Way, about a fifteen-minute drive from downtown Portland. The brewery is a certified B Corporation and runs a second, smaller tasting space, the Allagash Bungalow, in Scarborough.

Allagash White, a Belgian-style wheat beer, anchors a lineup that includes a Tripel, a Hazy IPA, North Sky Stout, and the barrel-aged Curieux, alongside rotating sours, ciders, and spontaneously fermented ales. Guided brewery tours run through the Portland tasting room, and Bite Into Maine's lobster rolls cover the food side of a visit.

The tasting room is open seven days a week, with hours that stretch later Thursday through Saturday for anyone making an evening of it.
